Dyeing Process

 Acid dyes

Acid dyes are applicable for dyeing wool, silk and polyamide. Our acid dye product line consist of Imeutral, Imatin and Imacidol dyes.

Imeutral
1:2 Metal complex dyes with excellent solubility, light and wash fastness on nylon and wool in yarn, stock or piece form.

Imatin
1:1 Metal complex dyes with good leveling, for strong acid dyeing of wool.

Imacidol
Broad range shades of acid with good value, for piece dyeing wool and worsted goods. Fair to good leveling and light fastness.

Basic dyes

Imacryl lines of basic dyes are applicable to acrylic and cationic-dye able polyester, mostly available in liquid form.

Direct dyes

Imarect dyes are applicable to cotton, rayon, and linen.

Disperse dyes Dyeing Process

Imaron dyes are applicable to polyester, nylon and acetate.

Mordant dyes

Imachrome is mordant dyes with good leveling, outstanding fastness to light and washing. Processed with chrome mordant, it can dye loose wool, wool tops, woolen piece goods and polyamide

Reactive dyes

Imative dyes are applicable to cotton, rayon. Some are also applicable to nylon and wool.

Sulfur dyes

Imasul dyes are high wash fast dyes for cotton

Vat dyes

Imathrene dyes offer excellent fastness to washing, light and bleaching for cellulose fibers.
